The restaurant was spacious for breakfast. The hotel is well placed for walking access to the city center. Cheap parking is available near the building. The room was always clean and well presented each day.
The room did not have air conditioning and was a bit hot at times.

The reception was very helpful and showed pride in their work. The staff always addressed any requests immediately. I found them very friendly and also very jovial during the duration of my stay.

The breakfast was a buffet style with full cooked options. I found many possibilities in the breakfast room. I liked the tickets indicating various breakfast possibilities in the hall that overlooks the beautiful city.

The bathroom was very clean and fresh towels were provided every day. I enjoyed the lovely panoramic view I could see from my window. The TV and kettle facilities were available to all guests in the rooms.

The breakfast included many options and was filling. Halal options were available too. The central location offered easy access to the train network.
The floor of the room was very filthy. There was a thick layer of dirt on the carpets. I could not walk barefoot and had to keep my shoes on.
